According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Wyoming counties, in April 2020, among all Wyoming counties, Laramie County had the highest percentage of its population that identified their race as Black or African American Alone (2.46%), followed by Albany County (1.17%), and Natrona County (0.99%).
