According to the data from the US 2020 Census, as at April 2020, among all Michigan counties, Wayne County had the highest population density per square mile (2.93K people per sqr mile), followed by Macomb County (1.84K people per sqr mile), and Oakland County (1.47K people per sqr mile).

On the other hand, Keweenaw County had the lowest population density (3.79 people per sqr mile), followed by Ontonagon County (4.44 people per sqr mile), and Luce County (5.94 people per sqr mile).
