According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all Ohio counties, Franklin County had the highest voting-age population who identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (3.33K), followed by Cuyahoga County (2.29K), and Hamilton County (1.60K).
