According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all Arizona counties, Apache County had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (69.58%), followed by Navajo County (41.75%), and Coconino County (22.34%).
