According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all Connecticut counties, Hartford County had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as Black or African American Alone (13.49%), followed by New Haven County (12.89%), and Fairfield County (10.90%).
