According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all Hawaii counties, Kalawao County had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as Black or African American Alone (2.78%), followed by Honolulu County (2.07%), and Maui County (0.72%).
