According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all Illinois counties, Kane County had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (1.22%), followed by Cook County (1.00%), and Cass County (0.95%).
