According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all Iowa counties, Black Hawk County had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as Black or African American Alone (9.28%), followed by Scott County (7.09%), and Johnson County (6.83%).
