According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all Kentucky counties, Fulton County had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as Black or African American Alone (21.16%), followed by Christian County (20.68%), and Jefferson County (19.98%).
