According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all Kentucky counties, Fayette County had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as Some Other Race Alone (4.31%), followed by Shelby County (4.15%), and Bourbon County (3.62%).
