According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all Louisiana counties, Sabine Parish had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (8.23%), followed by Terrebonne Parish (5.14%), and Lafourche Parish (2.38%).
