According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all Louisiana counties, East Carroll Parish had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as Black or African American Alone (67.43%), followed by Madison Parish (58.13%), and St. John the Baptist Parish (55.10%).
