According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all Maine counties, Androscoggin County had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as Black or African American Alone (4.20%), followed by Cumberland County (3.22%), and Penobscot County (0.92%).
