According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all Massachusetts counties, Middlesex County had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as Asian Alone (12.72%), followed by Norfolk County (11.98%), and Suffolk County (10.88%).
