According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all Massachusetts counties, Suffolk County had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as Black or African American Alone (16.92%), followed by Hampden County (8.36%), and Plymouth County (7.93%).
