According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all Massachusetts counties, Essex County had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as Some Other Race Alone (12.05%), followed by Suffolk County (11.48%), and Hampden County (11.39%).
