According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all Michigan counties, Oceana County had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as Some Other Race Alone (5.36%), followed by Kent County (4.94%), and Van Buren County (4.78%).
