According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all Minnesota counties, Hennepin County had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as Black or African American Alone (11.46%), followed by Ramsey County (11.08%), and Anoka County (6.43%).
