According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all Missouri counties, Sullivan County had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as Some Other Race Alone (8.05%), followed by Saline County (7.63%), and McDonald County (5.43%).
