According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all Nebraska counties, Thurston County had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (51.20%), followed by Sheridan County (9.29%), and Knox County (8.57%).
