According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all New Hampshire counties, Hillsborough County had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as Black or African American Alone (2.27%), followed by Coos County (1.85%), and Merrimack County (1.57%).
