According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all New Mexico counties, McKinley County had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (76.82%), followed by Cibola County (41.85%), and San Juan County (39.54%).
