According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all North Carolina counties, Duplin County had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as Some Other Race Alone (12.21%), followed by Sampson County (11.91%), and Lee County (9.76%).
