According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all Ohio counties, Cuyahoga County had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as Black or African American Alone (27.59%), followed by Hamilton County (23.60%), and Franklin County (20.54%).
