According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all Oklahoma counties, Adair County had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (41.05%), followed by Cherokee County (32.01%), and Sequoyah County (21.28%).
