According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all Rhode Island counties, Providence County had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (0.74%), followed by Washington County (0.70%), and Newport County (0.38%).
