According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all South Carolina counties, Allendale County had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as Black or African American Alone (68.46%), followed by Williamsburg County (62.31%), and Lee County (60.08%).
