According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all Washington counties, Ferry County had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (15.57%), followed by Okanogan County (10.31%), and Stevens County (5.08%).
