According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all Wisconsin counties, Milwaukee County had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as Black or African American Alone (23.81%), followed by Racine County (10.69%), and Kenosha County (6.43%).
