According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all Wyoming counties, Laramie County had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as Black or African American Alone (2.40%), followed by Albany County (1.13%), and Carbon County (1.01%).
