According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all the counties in the United States, Starr County, TX had the highest percentage of a US county's voting-age population who identified as Hispanic or Latino (97.66%), followed by Webb County, TX (94.83%), and Maverick County, TX (94.77%).
