According to the data from the US 2020 Census, as at April 2020, among all US counties, New York County, NY had the highest population density per square mile (74.78K people per sqr mile), followed by Kings County, NY (39.44K people per sqr mile), and Bronx County, NY (34.92K people per sqr mile).
