According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all US counties, Los Angeles County, CA had the highest voting-age population that identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (128.63K), followed by Maricopa County, AZ (71.50K), and Cook County, IL (41.72K).
