According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among the 50 states and the District of Columbia, Maine had the highest percentage of a state's voting-age population who identified as Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) (98.41%), followed by West Virginia (98.36%), and Vermont (97.88%).
