According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Etowah County, AL voting-age population of 81,121 people, 78.00% of them (63,277 people) identified their race as White Alone, 14.16% of them (11,488 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 4.18% of them (3,388 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races.
