According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Winston County, AL voting-age population of 18,766 people, 93.41% of them (17,530 people) identified their race as White Alone, 4.05% of them (760 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 1.17% of them (219 people) identified their race as Some Other Race Alone.
