According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Currituck County, NC voting-age population of 22,004 people, 86.55% of them (19,044 people) identified their race as White Alone, 5.67% of them (1,248 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 5.00% of them (1,100 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone.
