According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Martin County, NC voting-age population of 17,615 people, 54.64% of them (9,624 people) identified their race as White Alone, 39.85% of them (7,019 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 2.62% of them (461 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races.
