According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Rowan County, NC voting-age population of 114,968 people, 72.85% of them (83,749 people) identified their race as White Alone, 15.35% of them (17,649 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 5.26% of them (6,046 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races.
