According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Armstrong County, PA voting-age population of 53,182 people, 96.03% of them (51,070 people) identified their race as White Alone, 2.69% of them (1,429 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 0.68% of them (362 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone.
