According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Lackawanna County, PA voting-age population of 173,597 people, 85.75% of them (148,861 people) identified their race as White Alone, 4.35% of them (7,553 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 3.30% of them (5,729 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone.
