According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Norfolk City, VA voting-age population of 192,486 people, 45.96% of them (88,457 people) identified their race as White Alone, 38.67% of them (74,424 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 6.73% of them (12,961 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races.
