According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all the Hawaii voting-age population (18 years and over), there were 3,686 people who identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone, which is 0.32% of the total voting-age population of Hawaii.

Honolulu County had the highest number of American Indian and Alaska Native Alone voting-age population (1,939), followed by Hawaii County (875), and Maui County (634).

On the other hand, the three counties with low number of American Indian and Alaska Native Alone voting-age population were: Kalawao County (0), Kauai County (238), and Maui County (634).

In terms of the percentage of each county's voting-age population, Hawaii County had the highest percentage, with 0.55% of its voting-age population identifying their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone, followed by Maui County (0.49%), and Kauai County (0.41%).
