According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all the Kentucky voting-age population (18 years and over), there were 9,816 people who identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone, which is 0.28% of the total voting-age population of Kentucky.

Jefferson County had the highest number of American Indian and Alaska Native Alone voting-age population (1,834), followed by Fayette County (858), and Hardin County (387).

On the other hand, the three counties with low number of American Indian and Alaska Native Alone voting-age population were: Bath County (0), Lee County (2), and Lawrence County (2).

In terms of the percentage of each county's voting-age population, Webster County had the highest percentage, with 0.59% of its voting-age population identifying their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone, followed by Christian County (0.57%), and Meade County (0.51%).
