Wyoming American Indian and Alaska Native Alone Voting-age Population By County in Census 2020

According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all the Wyoming voting-age population (18 years and over), there were 9,291 people who identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone, which is 2.11% of the total voting-age population of Wyoming.

Fremont County had the highest number of American Indian and Alaska Native Alone voting-age population (5,134), followed by Laramie County (832), and Natrona County (739).

On the other hand, the three counties with low number of American Indian and Alaska Native Alone voting-age population were: Niobrara County (30), Sublette County (32), and Crook County (32).

In terms of the percentage of each county's voting-age population, Fremont County had the highest percentage, with 17.35% of its voting-age population identifying their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone, followed by Weston County (1.49%), and Niobrara County (1.48%).
