North Carolina Asian Alone Voting-age Population By County in Census 2020

According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all the North Carolina voting-age population (18 years and over), there were 259,521 people who identified their race as Asian Alone, which is 3.18% of the total voting-age population of North Carolina.

Wake County had the highest number of Asian Alone voting-age population (71,223), followed by Mecklenburg County (54,225), and Guilford County (21,365).

On the other hand, the three counties with low number of Asian Alone voting-age population were: Hyde County (7), Alleghany County (15), and Graham County (20).

In terms of the percentage of each county's voting-age population, Orange County had the highest percentage, with 8.59% of its voting-age population identifying their race as Asian Alone, followed by Wake County (8.28%), and Mecklenburg County (6.31%).
