According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all the California voting-age population (18 years and over), there were 120,850 people who identified their race as Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander Alone, which is 0.39% of the total voting-age population of California.

Los Angeles County had the highest number of Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander Alone voting-age population (19,128), followed by Sacramento County (14,263), and San Diego County (12,046).

On the other hand, the three counties with low number of Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander Alone voting-age population were: Alpine County (0), Sierra County (1), and Modoc County (10).

In terms of the percentage of each county's voting-age population, San Mateo County had the highest percentage, with 1.18% of its voting-age population identifying their race as Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander Alone, followed by Sacramento County (1.17%), and Solano County (0.93%).
