According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all the Iowa voting-age population (18 years and over), there were 3,552 people who identified their race as Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander Alone, which is 0.14% of the total voting-age population of Iowa.

Black Hawk County had the highest number of Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander Alone voting-age population (498), followed by Dubuque County (480), and Woodbury County (403).

On the other hand, the three counties with low number of Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander Alone voting-age population were: Van Buren County (0), Ringgold County (0), and Palo Alto County (0).

In terms of the percentage of each county's voting-age population, Buena Vista County had the highest percentage, with 2.48% of its voting-age population identifying their race as Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander Alone, followed by Wapello County (1.01%), and Jackson County (0.87%).
