According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all the Massachusetts voting-age population (18 years and over), there were 363,256 people who identified their race as Some Other Race Alone, which is 6.41% of the total voting-age population of Massachusetts.
Essex County had the highest number of Some Other Race Alone voting-age population (77,232), followed by Suffolk County (76,937), and Middlesex County (64,024).
On the other hand, the three counties with low number of Some Other Race Alone voting-age population were: Dukes County (636), Nantucket County (971), and Franklin County (1,016).
In terms of the percentage of each county's voting-age population, Essex County had the highest percentage, with 12.05% of its voting-age population identifying their race as Some Other Race Alone, followed by Suffolk County (11.48%), and Hampden County (11.39%).
