Wake County had the highest number of Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone population (5,082), followed by Mecklenburg County (4,153), and Durham County (1,993). On the other hand, Clay County had the lowest number of Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native alone (1), followed by Perquimans County (4), and Currituck County (4).
